Gdańsk conference URC2026 can be a red flag when it comes to the Polish participation in Ukrainian recovery, but very close co-operation of Poland and Ukraine is inevitable. We just need a big reconciling 'AED shock'.

The war in Ukraine is not finished yet. Moreover, any standard truce makes the risk that war can return to Ukraine sooner than later. Who will invest truly decent money when such a risk is around the corner? How to change this theoretically bad luck? Nothing hard or complex, in fact. Ukraine needs Poland more than diplomats think yet. World Cup 2042 is coming in only about 15 years. So, "Poland Ukraine 2042" is exactly that AED shock all we need. 15 years ago, we had a great example both countries can do more together than anyone would expect. EURO 2012 proved that Poland and Ukraine can co-operate for general good.

What's the biggest group of voters in global prism? Obviously, football fans. Football fans are everywhere: on the left, in the middle and on the right side of any political stage. Football reconciles us more than anything else now. And nobody fights global-wide community. Therefore, Poland should act fast. Polish people are famous of creative approach to real-world challenges. So, crisis management team building should start in Warsaw NOW!

We do another essential implementation of the Floor4Africa Programme. It happens in Kenyan Busia County, close to the Ugandan border. There's no Ebola in Kenya. However, people experience its side effects in local economy and mental health.

When almost 100% of surveyed people tell you their life has changed, you get down to data analysis. Kenya and Busia County are free from Ebola, but Uganda was not. Moreover, present outbreak relates to Eastern Africa in general. There are countries in the world that impose ban also on Kenyans. People can't enter their territories.

When you experience challenges concerning decent employment, you think about migration more and more. On the other hand, Ebola affects local economy much. It means people can't go abroad to find a job. What happens next, we can see in our comparative research.

Now we can say that it was like a mental health 'jab' injected in the local economy, to let our new Junior Project Manager - Mr Bonface Muyodi, go back to his community. He brought not only rapid jobs all the local community can do now. Our methodology brings demand for the local construction materials too.

Everything boosts local trade. It usually takes 2 weeks to implement real-world change. Hope returns to local minds and most of people don't consider migration anymore. Most of our R&D team are Poles. Looks like Poland does much more in this global crisis than before!

Why it is important for the EU or Poland? I'm professional in voluntary returns based on local development. It means we create jobs people need in the most challenging areas of the Global South.

UNHCR is dealing with issues we can see on TV in the Global North. They seem to happen far away, usually in Africa. Not many Europeans realise how it interacts with their everyday life. But it does. The more real-world interest we've got over there, the more jobs even for educated youth in Europe.

A new Guinness World Record achieved by Poles in Poland today. Quite young content creator launched new kind of fundraising linked to the ten-day long non-stop LIVE stream on YouTube.

That unusual action aimed at helping children with fighting cancer. Plenty of Polish celebrities visited his small apartment in Warsaw to express their full support in front of over 1 million viewers. It made the event even greater. The amount of raised money reaches £50m.

Easter Monday is something different in the Polish cultural prism, much more water-related than anywhere in te world. Someone pours a bucket of tap water on you and it is generally accepted, according to the local mindset in that EU country. Old custom but water makes a lot of fun to young Poles even now.

Something different has been happening in relation to the southern and western European waters since 2015. About 40k people drowned in the Mediterranean Sea, including almost 1k this year alone. In the English Channel, two new deaths have been recorded lately. Young people die in the water instead of enjoying life they have just started.

What's going on with our world? Global North & Global South seem to be different worlds. On one hand, we've got ageing populations and rising unemployment due to the AI and robotics. On the other hand, we've got rapidly growing populations and 90% of 'Gen Z' in informal economy. We can go to the Moon but we can't solve migrant crisis?

Migrant crisis is rapidly reshaping European politics. One naked Black man, unexpectedly crossing a bridge in the eastern Europe, can imply more negative emotions against ruling political parties than most of everyday challenges we face in the Global North. Why? Because of migration policies that really underestimate "Human Value Factor".

There's some old habit we still use to win over migrant crisis. We truly believe that bigger and stronger walls can do the job. Obviously, walls are integral part of border security. They can save us from thugs and secret agents. But most of migrants are ordinary humans. Holding all of them at the wall lets bad people sneak in much easier, I'm afraid.

Why not add human option to solve the crisis? Why not let migrants return to progressive jobs in safe origin countries? Up to 82% want to go home voluntarily. And returns work almost instantly. We show it in "Local Return Hub F4A". 9 out of 10 criteria already met, but Europe is not exploring 'Blue Ocean' of jobs in BigData even for its youth yet.
